10. Schedule Meals
Make a schedule and stick to it. By planning out meals, you will be able to make sure you are eating at the same time every day. If your body doesn't think it's being starved, then it won't try to store fat for later. This will also give you a chance to map out what you are going to eat. Don't forget to maintain a food journal. This will help you keep track of your improvements and encourage you to keep going.
