i have depression and am on tabs there not working what do i do

Dammit lol I love carbs but after eating them I rarely feel alert and energetic...well, now I know! It sucks that all the things that are tasty like good wine and some pasta can cause such a fall in spirits :( Great article though. I discovered some new things and that's always good!

Be very careful with Linden blossoms. The reason why it's recommended to drink Linden blossom tea when you have symptoms of flu is that Linden blossom tea increases perspiration and disposal of fluids. Even my doctor told me not to drink too much Linden blossom tea when I am not sick because a lot of it can cause mild dehydratation. Nonetheless, it's one of my favourite teas, I collect blossoms in summer in rural areas where there are no cars driving and no factories around. ;)

Wonderful and truth ful post Mel. Most of your points were said by a doctor on tv last week! :)
