Nearly everyone out there knows a woman that has battled breast cancer and I can name you at least three that I personally know. It is just as important to have clinical breast exams as it is to get mammograms. It is crucial to get mammograms starting at the age of 40. If you have a family history of this disease, then it is recommended that you get them done earlier.
