2. Blueberry Buttermilk

You will need: The basic ingredients, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, and a cup of blueberries

What to do: Follow the recipe above, but before you add the milk, add the butter to it in a separate bowl. Then add the buttermilk together, exactly as you would above. Once you’ve made the batter, fold in half the blueberries. Then add the rest as you cook the pancakes...bare in mind that the second side won’t take nearly as long as the first, and that the blueberries you add to the uncooked mixture will bleed a little. If you’d rather they didn’t, add them all to the cooking mixture instead.
