I think You need a a little art history lesson!

Yves Klein did not invent not does he hold a patent on his favorite color Blue!

What his patent is for is a Clear medium that does not diminish the nature and intensity or the dry pigment that uses.  It does happen to be a very certain blue, but that color blue was around Long before Yves Klein.

International Klein Blue is a colorless medium and all Artist Hype!

Please don't worry, a lot of people don't know this.</description>
