I definitely understand how the ensemble cast of Friends turned from a group of nobody’s to a cast of somebody’s who can now command hundreds of thousands of dollars per episode in any TV show that they do. And millions of dollars for each movie.
But the cast of “The Hills”? Take a deep breath before contemplating how much each cast member earns per episode.

Isn’t that absolutely insane? If you’re like me who’s a hater of “The Hills” – you’ll be stunned by the fact that a lot of zeros are attached to these people’s salaries for that crap of a show.
Whitney makes that much money for each episode – and all she does is ask: “So what did you do this weekend?”
And Heidi and Spencer get to show their faces for all the paparazzi to see for basically doing nothing. Geez, all I can do is sigh at the unfairness of it all!

i watch the hills occasionally if its on, and if im honest, i do enjoy it for some reason, i think its becasue its interesting to see how rich people live there lives compared to us normal people, but…this is just RIDICULOUS. why so much money??!!! there getting paid…to go out n hav fun…to sit at a pool n say…”omg no way?!”….and..”awesome!” they dont hav talent..well..everyone is talented but they dont hav anything specific their good at..there good at looking nice and…thats about it? an amazing talent is when its rare, and not many people can do it, what there doing it easy…EVERYONE can do it. at least lauren and whitney are good at their jobs! i mean..spencer on im a celebrity…i didnt think people like him existed?! how does he have the right to say hes better than other people? its so disgusting i hope he looses everything one day. well..thats my view :)

To the guy who started this. First of all, I completely agree with your avid hatred for this shitty not so reality show. on the other half, if you live in what you believe you wouldnt take the time to tell these people how gay they are. Since you have enough ambition and energy to start this thread, you are the kind of person that thinks things through, realizes pointless wastes of money and dumb humans portrayed on t.v. to create idols that amount to nothing but fake blondes, good looking woman with the IQ of an ugly chimp, and lazy eyed brunettes. If you took the time to promote your feelings of the show online, to people who like it, you should think about your waste of time. Obviously to pay ridiculous dumb blondes, stereotypical hollywood girls and guys that might as well be girls, who cant act, and pay them more than most actors, one can conclude the show makes a hell of a lot of money, which yields high return for the person who thought about it, and wrote the show. So stop writing about stuff you dont like, and start thinking about a show that will make more, and contribute to society at the same time. Why am I wasting my time writing this? not to voice my opinion but I think my girlfriend will find it humorous. thank you and do stuff
