Nelly Furtado first wore this Roberto Cavalli Spring 2005 dress to the Grammy's back in February.

She made many worst dress lists, but this did not stop Tinsley Mortimer wearing it as her Halloween costume to Roberto Cavalli Vodka and Giuseppe Cipriani Halloween Party.

Tinsley dress seems to fit her better, so she wins this for me.
