If you tell me that I need to choose a fruit – and it’s the only one that I’m allowed to eat for the rest of my life, my pick would definitely be peaches.
Plump, soft, juicy, sweet with a distinctive flavor – I can gorge on peaches all day. Aside from being rich in vitamin C, peaches can be prepared in a variety of ways. You can eat them fresh, dried, candied, cooked or frozen.
How about you? What is the one fruit that you absolutely cannot live without?

Lately I fell in love with grapes! Mmmm… Will go get some right now!

I love mangos they are so sweet and dessert like. Also a nice Fuji apple. I’d like to try some exotic tropical fruits as well!
A warm hello to everyone. I hope you nice people don’t mind a man sharing a thought or two… My wife, Sandy knows that I enjoy fruits, and is good enough to frequently bring some home. I honestly believe that eating so much fruit (and drinking lots of real fruit juice) has contributed greatly to the fact that at the age of 52, I still remain quite slim and healthy. Recently, Sandy brought home a few Sun Kist MINNEOLA oranges. I think they are actually called tangelos. They have a darker rind than most, and quite a large bump on one end. My gosh, they’re the best!…SO sweet and juicy, and much less acidic than most others I’ve had. (I know that the high acid content of oranges is a problem for some folks.) I like to keep ‘em in the fridge so they’re nice and cold and refreshing. I just had one, and wanted to share this. So gooood! Thankyou Sandy!
Thanks for sharing, Rick! I’ll definitely start having more fruit now! :)
Kiwis. Kiwis all the way, man!
