There is a definate link between eyes and the "window to the soul" and I highly believe that you can tell the character of someone just by looking into there eyes. Why would some cultures find it offensive to stare or take pictures. They are not bias to our opinions simply b/c they are in third world coutries and don't have the same motivations as us, like money. So who would you trust. Third world countries are made out to be beneath us b/c they don't have the same technology but we still don't know how the pyramids were built so WHO DO YOU TRUST!
