According to People.com, French luxury fashion and leather goods designer Louis Vuitton will collaborate with Comme des Garçons. The two companies will come up with an ultra-exclusive line of bags avant-garde bags which is a twist on the classic Louis Vuitton bags.

Just recently, celebs Jessica Simpson, Uma Thurman and Ashley Tisdale were photographed wearing this monogrammed eye-candy on their arms. The company previously employed stars like Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf, Gisele Bundchen and Catherin Deneuve as endorsers for their print ads.

On the other hand, Comme de Garçons is a Tokyo-based company which is headed by Rei Kawakubo. The name is French for “Like boys”, and the high fashion label has previously collaborated with Fred Perry, Speedo, Levi’s Nike. Moncler and Lacoste.

So what is fashionista to expect when these two companies collaborate? No less than six avant-garde, limited edition bags which require the owner to have a superstar salary and a jetsetting lifestyle!

However, there is still hope for us mere mortals. This fall, Rei Kawakubo will be a guest designer at H&M where a more readily available men’s and women’s collection will be designed and released.
