Hey everyone! I've been wanting to make this post for a while now because as you may have noticed from the title, I am a big supporter of Taylor Swift. She is most definitely my number one idol! I feel like there are so many people that support her like I do, but there are some that hate on her as well. Today, I am going to give you ten reasons as to why you should support her too!
1. Her Charity Work/Donations
Taylor Swift is known for her giving attitude towards life. She loves to give back in so many ways. She spent quite a bit of time before the release of her album "1989" visiting children in hospitals to sing to them and hang out with them. Not only has she donated her time, but she has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to hospitals all across the country! (One of the hospitals being very close to my heart- Children's Hospital of Philadelphia!)
2. Loft 89
Previously known as the T-Party or Club Red, this after concert meet and greet is one like no other. Taylor sends her mom or members of her team out into the crowds at her concerts to find the most spirited fans and meets them after the show for free. Not only do you get a bit of time with Queen Swift, but the loft has couches, food, and a photo booth! You can't say many other artists do this. It just shows how much Taylor genuinely cares about her fan base.
3. Her Dance Moves
Okay so it is obvious Taylor hasn't been professionally trained! However, the fact that she doesn't care what people think about her award show moves is inspiring if you think about it! She likes to have a good time and doesn't worry about what anyone thinks. She doesn't care if she's dancing cool or maybe a bit awkward, she always has a fun time! We should all live in that spirit!
4. Her Songwriting skills
Not many people know this, but Taylor contributes lyrics to all of her songs. In fact her whole entire Speak Now(2011) album was written by her and only her! She is insanely talented and I don't think she gets enough credit for it!
5. Her Advice
Most notably found on social media recently, Taylor Swifts advice to fans is so genuine and heartfelt. Whether it's tumblr or Instagram, Taylor can turn someone's life around. Also the speech before she sings Clean in concert is gold.
