5. Start reading those labels …
I know, reading those labels may suck, but you have to do this and there is no way you can avoid this. This is the only way you can tell exactly what you are putting in your mouth. Triple check those serving sizes and ingredients list.
4. Let your family know …
You are not going to lose weight alone, even if you are alone in losing those pounds. If you have family at home, then tell them about it. Let them know what you are doing and why you need to. Tell them how important it is to have their isupport.
3. The Gazelle …
You have probably viewed Tony Little on television as he was selling the Gazelle glider. This is a low impact exercising machine and it definitely works. It is easy on your legs and will give you the ultimate workout.
2. Video games …
Believe it or not, video games will help you lose weight. I could keep balance on the Gazelle and played my Xbox 360 at the same time. It will really get your adrenalin going and pass time. Halo 3 on Xbox live has worked wonders for me!
1. Exercise …
There are many different exercises out there and none of them were created equal. Get on your bike and start pedaling, get on your treadmill and start running, get on your exercise ball and start exercising, whatever you do, exercise!
