For all of you out there who enjoy curling up on the comfortable couch and watching romantic movies, this list is a must see. Below, you are going to find my personal favorites – the top 10 (relatively) new romantic movies that are so worth watching!
So, let’s begin, shall we…
10. Wall-e
After hundreds of years being lonely doing what he was constructed to do, Wall–E comes across a new meaning of life when he comes across a sleek robot named Eve. Wall-E stands for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class. Yes, I know, this is a Disney movie, but I believe it should still have its room on my top ten list of romantic movies to watch.
After hundreds of lonely years of doing what he was built for, WALL•E (short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class) discovers a new purpose in life when he meets a sleek robot named EVE.
9. Slumdog Millionaire
This is an outstanding movie that comes from the director of Trainspotting and 28 Days later. It shows us the story of Jamal Malik, who is a eighteen year old orphan that is from the sums of Mumbai. In this movie, you will experience an orphan having the biggest day of his life…
8. Twilight
And so the lion fell in love with the lamb…This is one of my favorite books/movies. First, I read the book, then watched the movie when it came out. Have you ever heard that every girl wants to marry Edward Cullen and be his Bella? Well, that’s where they got this from. Bella is a mortal while Edward…well, he’s a vampire. You just have to see the rest. Also, don’t forget the series to this “The New Moon” is coming out in November. As for the books, there’s a long series that you can go by…
7. He’s Just Not That Into You
He’s just not that into you has become a very popular movie. You will see twisted romance done by Ben Affleck, Jennifer Connelly, Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper, Kevin Connelly, Scarlet Johansson, Justin Long , Drew Barrymore and Jennifer Goodwin. This film is based on the best-selling book that has the same name. This is about modern day relationships and how people get mixed up with one another…
6. Jab We Met
This is one of those Hindi films that is a must see. It starts when Aditya Kashyap (Shahid Kapoor) attends a wedding of a girl he loves. As he is feeling ashamed, he walks out of the marriage ceremony and gets on a train in the night. This is when he meets Geet Dhillon (Kareena Kapoor) who is a beautiful talkative girl leaving Mumbai to go to her hometown. This is a must see and I know you will be surprised with the outcome of this marriage…I mean movie.
5. Ghost of Girlfriends Past
This is a great movie where the bachelor is haunted by the ghost of his girlfriends at his brother’s wedding. This is definitely a hilarious, yet romantic movie that you just have to watch.

I loved Twilight and I cant wait to see the new one with Katherine Heigl, “Ugly Truth”. Revolutionary Road was awesome and disturbing…I dont know it’s a pretty twisted love story! Another Cinderella Story is played on tv too much…my step daughters to be love it!
great work ……….. thank you……
I’ve already seen 7 movies from your 10 list so this means that I’m addictive to movies (and worst romantic) or maybe not:)

Gosh… I’ve seen all 10!!! And I am also such a movie addict! I go to the movies every Friday and sometimes on Thursday night when there’s a great movie they start running after 12 am (so that technically it’s Friday :).
But lately there aren’t many good movies (except for Glorious Basterds) – feels like everyone’s holding back their best stuff for winter, closer to Oscar nominations… But there will soon be Twilight 2 (yay!) and Alice in Wonderland – I just can’t wait.
And all those picture from the shooting of Sex and The City 2 are so exciting, I am just dying to see it!!!
The Notebook is the BEST!
