    Hi Guys! Great Article! I recommend everyone to read a book called Warrior of Light by Paulo Coelho. Many of you may know him form The Alchemist, but to me his books are a real guide!

    Another great book I am reading at the moment is “Eight Weeks to Optimum Health” by Andrew Weil. Great stuff! A real eye-opener on being healthy.
