		<description>I know Atkins is a huge craze right now, but there&#039;s a reason for it.It wroks great! You can lose over a pound a day within the first two weeks. I lost 10 pounds within the course of two weeks and I&#039;m still losing. 
   Although the book comes in handy, it&#039;s not an absolute necessity. You can look up instructions on how to do a low carb diet on the internet.
   The best part about the diet is that you&#039;re burning fat, not muscle. So, instead of dieting and having it take forever to build the muscular tone you want, you get to do muscle toning and fat loss all at the same time. 
   I would recommend Atkins (or low carb) for anyone because
