		<description>well, being a SAHM with two small children (2 year-old and 6-mos-old) and having to cope with everything alone &#039;tis rather difficult to find a time for myself. i don&#039;t even mention the relaxing atmosphere that should be created, any fountain that would most surely be broken by my toddler and healthy eating for which i simply don&#039;t have enough time. ut still try to stay optimistic!</description>

I absolutely agree. When you look good, you will feel great! Sure it takes time and all of that but set time aside atleast on the weekend to pamper yourself. You will feel relaxed and much much happier for sure!</description>

If that&#039;s what unhappy in your life I suggest to try and talk it out with your man and try and add harmony to your self, your marriage and all your family, which sometimes certain problems effect every one!

		<description>A nice hot bath after a hard stressful day is a top to me. A like to do this on Saturdays before I go out. I dedicate two hrs for my self. A hot bath with herbal essence shower gels, doing my hair with precision, varnish my hand and toe nails, and doing something new with my make up. Girls sometimes looking good can boost your self confidence and Balance your moods! It&#039;s really helpful!</description>

		<description>Stress is a problem that most of us have. Between our work schedules and personal lives sometimes we forget the priorities, which is our selves and be swept away with tension that leads to stress then depression.
I agree with you Garth to De-cutter our homes to our likings and comfy ways, and there should be a special place in particular to do what we like best. In my room I made a bean sofa and I try to find an hour or so to read. It helps me to relax my mind and forget everyone around me as I enter in my author&#039;s story and live for a few minutes with the characters. Doing something we enjoy helps to relieve every day&#039;s tension and it&#039;s vital for us. We should make space for our inner needs even if just for a few minutes cause it&#039;s us how should take care of our selves, cause no one else will!
Exercising is helpful for a lot of things. I would like to try out Yoga Garth. It builds your inner strength and helps you to relax, mind, body and spirit. To finish our day a good night sleep is vital even if I my self think it&#039;s a waste of time, as I&#039;m a very energetic person and likes to keep my self busy.</description>

Probably, because your spouse should be your best friend with whom you can share all your happy as well as sad moments.
