Back in October, I witnessed Jeremy Scott's cheeky Spring '08 collection at LA Fashion Week. Lindsay Lohan, pictured with good friend Jeremy, wore his traffic-sign mini skirt to the party for her Paper magazine cover. It's such a relief to see LL in something other than leggings! Here, she looks mature and funky at the same time . . . an ideal combo she should try more often.
