If you've ever had your nails and toes professionally done you've probably been in a salon where you have seen OPI nail colors.

OPI is famous for their many shades and their quirky and playful names for colors.

Ask OPI aficionados their favorite and one always comes up "I'm Not Really A Waitress" red.

Maybe it's the name, maybe it's the color a deep red with a hint of sheen.

It's bright without being in your face and it makes your toes feel glamorous.

I'm so smitten with it, I used it as a detail in a short story once and it is the only pedicure color that I have ever worn and people have actually identified by name.

The odes to this color across the blogosphre are legion.

A cheap thrill at under $7 in most places it's the kind of color that never goes out of style and maybe the only red you ever need.

If they ever stop making it, I'll be the crazy chick at the beauty supply store buying up cases.2
