Katie Hodgson and Darren McWalters literally got married in the clouds: they were strapped to the top of biplanes, screaming their vows 1,000 feet above the earth!

Rev. George Brigham married the couple – and how do you think they heard each other? With the help of an airborne communications system, of course.

The wedding was actually held at a romantic English countryside – but the couple preferred to fly off in the Rendcomb Airfield. The guests who were naturally on the ground below, heard the ceremony played through loudspeakers.

The groom admitted that he and his bride “are a bit crazy together” which is why they wanted something crazy to suit the occasion.

I don’t think I’ll be this adventurous on my wedding – but I have done some pretty craaazzyy things before all in the name of love. =)
