It wouldn't be a night of awards shows on the Sugar network without one of our favorite girls: LC! Here is the Queen of The Hills in a - not surprising - bubble-hem dress - with sweetheart neckline but what is a pleasant change is the teal color and citrusy skinny belt. LC seems to wear a lot of black and blahs so it's fun to see her turn up the oomph. What do you think?
