Hi girls, it’s fashion picks of the week time… Let’s take a look at what some of the Hollywood celebs had to wear at the hottest social events of the week.

First up, there’s Jessica Biel who had on a stunning silver strapless dress by Oscar dela Renta – which is straight from his Resort 2009 collection. With a body like that, Jessica definitely made some heads turn when she wore the shimmering gown at the premiere off her latest flick “Easy Virture” at the Rome Film Festival in Italy – but her hair and make up did nothing for her face!


Second, here’s Lauren Conrad of “The Hills” looking chic in a navy Alice+Olivia high waisted pair of pants, a black Mike & Chris leather jacket and a white front ruffle bib from Yaya Afalo Garland top – oh, and don’t forget the Chanel bag! I guess if you’re going to get broiled by David Letterman on the show, you might as well dress up for it!

Lastly, here’s Rachel Weisz wearing a Tory Burch Spring 2009 shift dress. She paired it with black tights and a two-toned black-and-white pair of shoes. The tights and shoes did not do it for me – but she still looked pretty elegant.

Let’s put the spotlight away from Britney Spears for a second and take a look at some of the fashion highlights – and misses – at the 2008 MTV Video & Music Awards.

BEST DRESSED:

1. Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus a.k.a. Hannah Montana may have had some off moments in her career, but she sure is growing up to be a fashionable young lady in this short black, rockstar chic outfit that she wore at the 2008 VMA’s.

2. Ciara

I know, I know… the hair is all wrong – but who can ever argue with the chic-ness of this Dolce & Gabbana outfit that singer Ciara wore to the red carpet?

3. Audrina Patridge

A lot of stars were sporting short hemlines for the 2008 VMA’s, but Audrina Patridge of “The Hills” fame sure as heck sparkles in this daring gold number.

WORST DRESSED:

1. Solange Knowles

Solange Knowles could take a cue from her older sister’s fashion sense. I don’t think that this short, edgy pink dress did anything for her.

2. Pink

We’re still debating whether Pink’s striped black-and-red scene stealer should have made the best-dressed or the worst-dressed list – but I think this is more of a fashion don’t. I love her platinum hair, though!

3. Katie Perry

I know Katie Perry’s going for the old movies, 1920’s look – but in this outfit, it looks like she forgot her pants!

I definitely understand how the ensemble cast of Friends turned from a group of nobody’s to a cast of somebody’s who can now command hundreds of thousands of dollars per episode in any TV show that they do. And millions of dollars for each movie.

But the cast of “The Hills”? Take a deep breath before contemplating how much each cast member earns per episode.

Isn’t that absolutely insane? If you’re like me who’s a hater of “The Hills” – you’ll be stunned by the fact that a lot of zeros are attached to these people’s salaries for that crap of a show.

Whitney makes that much money for each episode – and all she does is ask: “So what did you do this weekend?”

And Heidi and Spencer get to show their faces for all the paparazzi to see for basically doing nothing. Geez, all I can do is sigh at the unfairness of it all!

In another crass attempt to promote season four of “The Hills“, Heidi Montag gave us all an eyesore. These are pictures of her filming a video for her latest single which is “Overdosin‘”.

When asked by Ryan Seacrest on what the song’s all about, here’s her utterly witty reply:

Overdosin” is about “when you fall in love with someone… and [you're] just overdosing off of their love.

Oohhh-kay. I can probably stand the fact that her new single sounds exactly like her previous single “Fashion” – but what I can’t take is her continuously unexplainable popularity.

If this 80’s “Fame” inspired hullabaloo is not enough to make you puke – then maybe you do deserve a fourth season of Heidi and Spencer and everyone else on that smarmy reality show “The Hills“. Enough already!

In a (desperate) effort to promote a new season of “The Hills” – Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt graced Ryan Seacrest’s morning show for an interview.

Here’s what the attention-starved couple revealed during the interview:
• Heidi’s still a virgin.
• Heidi’s religious and like, her next album is going to be a Christian one.
• Heidi and Spence “don’t sin.”
• There are pillows in between them at night to they’re not tempted to have sex.

Hmmm… from what I can remember, there’s an episode in “The Hills” where Heidi had a pregnancy scare.

I guess these two are so addicted to the flash of the camera lights of the paparazzi that they forgot to keep track of their own reality show. Or, they’re too dumb to know that you need to have sex first before you can use a pregnancy test. Virgin, my ass!

Good news for all the TV addicts out there: (me, me!!!). Our favorite series are all coming back with a vengeance this fall.

Series like “Do Not Disturb”, “The Hills”, “Ugly Betty”, “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Desperate Housewives” are all coming back to the small screen – with new seasons to boot.

I am personally drooling over the new seasons of “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Ugly Betty”. Our favorite scrub-donning residents created a ruckus over season 4 – which I personally prefer over the dark tone set last season (with Meredith “dying” and all that).

It’s fun to see that the creators of the series revived the fun side of the doctors for season 4 – and I hope that the trend continues as the next season premieres.

I am so keeping my Thursday nights free – beginning with the 2-hour premier on September 25. I know, I know, that’s still almost a month from now – but I’m a big fan so I still get to say – yaaaayyy!!!!

Following the footsteps of fellow attention-getter Paris Hilton and “The Hills” hottie Audrina Patridge, it’s now Kim Kardashian’s turn to strip – in Las Vegas.

The 27-year old reality star of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” will make her debut on August 15 at the Las Vegas lounge. She will be a guest Pussycat Doll.

Reports say that there will be pole performances, dirty dancing and flashing of some uhhh – generous body parts.

But really, can you even bear to imagine what Kim will actually do there? I guess this is just one of the many tricks that she has up here sleeve to gain even more attention.

and fails miserably! I love LC as much as the next person, but these boots are a major miss. It takes supermodel height to pull these stubby boots off, and LC is just a girl next door. This, of course, is why we love her! She does the low key, casual girl look so well that we can all relate to and pull off by hitting our local Urban Outfitters. While I can appreciate Lauren’s attempt at experimenting, I really hope she abandons the stuffy boots while trotting around California’s stellar spring weather.

Monday night just got Fab again. And don’t you wish every episode of The Hills was extended? However, I can do without the premiere party hooplah. So the girls went to Paris — luckies! Was it everything they’d hoped and dreamed? Looks like it. Lauren flaunted her crafty fashion skills and caught the eye of a cute Frenchie — Brody who? Whitney reaccessed her career direction and showed us her super-cute Parisian style. Audrina was holding down the fort, supplying LC the dish. As for Heider and Spenci, can we just fast forward through their scenes please? Another season, a guilty pleasure resurrected. Here we go!

The Cloverfield premiere in LA looked more like a party for The Hills. Audrina Patridge was among the more conservatively dressed cast members present, and she looked simple and cute in her green Phillip Lim minidress. Check out the darling swirl appliqués around the neck. To dazzle up her look a bit, I gave her a leopard clutch and a funky bracelet.

Audrina Patridge showed up to The Hills’ season-finale party looking more chic than her costars in a blue Jovovich-Hawk halter dress. The length and color are just right and the frock is ideal for her svelte and tan body. I hope this means we’ll see more stylish ensembles from the reality star.

Alas, another season of The Hills has come to an end. I was pleased with last night’s episode — it left us in a good place with the tormented and beautiful characters we have come to love and hate. Though it was predictable, LC is finally off to Paris to sew her fashion oats! And Heidi and Spencer are officially on the outs. But maybe LC and Spencer are, too? Time will tell. A little off topic, but for those of us who watch The Hills, the Season 3 finale aired last night. If you missed it watch the full episode here.

I like the show, even though it’s obviously fake. And it’s something to watch until the Sex and the City movie comes out!

Never fear Hills fans, even though the third season of the hit MTV reality series is coming to a close on December 10, In Touch can exclusively reveal that Lauren Conrad and crew will be back for a fourth round! Will this be the season that Lauren and her former BFF Heidi Montag finally extinguish their feud or will Heidi actually become Mrs. Spencer Pratt? Maybe we’ll get to meet a whole new cast of characters. “I have some friends on [the show], some friends off,” Lauren tells In Touch. Whatever happens, one thing is certain, The Hills will be alive with the sound of drama once again!

After last week’s episode of The Hills I was starting to move on. But this week gave us an array of things to talk about. As I was wondering, Brody is back in the picture but to Lauren’s dismay, not sure where the romance between them is going. But hello? Lauren, you need to be a little more forthright with your feelings. Heidi and Spencer continue to battle it out, and the sister in the mix doesn’t help. And Audrina has a new flame. Good. I think The Hills is winding down. I say this because last night’s episode was a bore. Well, if you exclude the twenty minutes of predictable drama between Audrina and (loser!) Justin Bobby. I’m sorry but I don’t enjoy the show when it’s just back-to-back drama — there wasn’t one scene at the Teen Vogue offices. Oh well . . . but we did get some Brody action; way to step in and help out LC when Spencer’s sister was getting all up in the mix. Yay for Brody! Amidst the negativity, did you pay attention to the fashion?

Last night’s episode of The Hills was a little ho-hum. While we witnessed some Whitney romance, Heidi and Spencer’s romance was in the pooper, for a second. But, as always, the blond couple made up. With all this romance in the air I have to ask: Where is Brody? Whatever happened to Lauren and him getting cozy? I’ll take that over Spencer’s creepy apology any day. I’m back from the whirlwind that was the Victoria’s Secret fashion show and had to share one of the highlights from the pink carpet: an interview with girl about town and Beverly Hills sweetheart, Lauren Conrad from The Hills. You may remember she and I are like this (finger cross) as we met not too long ago at LA Fashion Week. This time we chatted about lingerie, fashion, and what she wants for Christmas.
