If you tell me that I need to choose a fruit – and it’s the only one that I’m allowed to eat for the rest of my life, my pick would definitely be peaches.

Plump, soft, juicy, sweet with a distinctive flavor – I can gorge on peaches all day. Aside from being rich in vitamin C, peaches can be prepared in a variety of ways. You can eat them fresh, dried, candied, cooked or frozen.
