1. Clean and Clear Morning Glow Moisturizer with SPF 15

Price: $6.49 at drugstore.com
This moisturizer gives you just the right amount of shimmer while protecting your face. It may feel a little grainy when you put it on at first but the feeling does fade. Don’t worry, it’s not going to make you look like a disco ball.

2. Philosophy Hope in a Jar SPF 20

Price: $45 at sephora.com
If there is one line that I love everything about, it’s definitely Philosophy. Hope in a Jar really cements that place in my heart. It has little mini exfoliators that you can’t even feel. But trust me, you’ll notice the lack of peely skin on your face after using this for just a little while.

3. Stila Sheer Color Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15

Price: $34 at sephora.com
This moisturizer is everything you need and more. Feel like going to the beach without a lot of makeup on? Then just put on some of this tinted moisturizer. It’s got SPF and it will even up your skin tone. It’s what I use when I don’t want to look caked up outdoors.

I love the natural look. It looks so much prettier than caked on make up… and now that Spring is nearly here, it’s the perfect time to perfect your nude look! There are plenty of places to go wrong, though, and sometimes trying to look like you aren’t wearing make up requires even more make up! Here are my top ten tips for getting it right…

1. The Image

Remember that the nude look is luscious lips and fluttery eyes, rather then smoky eyes and heavy foundation. It can be so easy to slip into routine when you are applying make up!

2. Know Your Colour

Knowing which colours will suit you is important. If you have pale skin, go for peachy colours, and light pinks. If you have olive undertones, select cream and pale beige.

3. Test it first!

Test any new make up, preferably before you buy it, but definitely before you wear it! You’d be surprised how many people choose a colour that looks wrong, and gives them a ghostly, washed out, look, or have to scrub it off and leave their faces looking red and sore.

I was first introduced to acne at the tender age of 12. As I grew older and saw no signs of it retreating, it became pretty clear that acne and I would be arch-nemesis for life. Like any good super-hero, I had to devise a plan! One that would not only fight my existing acne, but keep it at bay! Many over the counter products and expensive dermatologist appointments later, I came across this website, DermaPoise, com, with miracle natural and organic skin care products that could be the answer to my prayers…

I’m not going to say that the money I spent on dermatologists was a total waste. Some of their prescriptions did work but had short term effects and I was more worried about the excessive chemicals found in these products. There’s only so much Isotretinoin, Benzoyl peroxide and Salicylic acid that I am going to allow in my system. Enter, Derma Poise, your one stop website for all things skin care. The best part is all their products are completely natural and organic so you can bid adieu to nasty chemicals for good!

My favorite product at Derma Poise is the Acne Solution Botanical Masque, 100% natural with actual herbs instead of extracts. It is super effective at healing acne by attacking the bacteria that causes it and repairing blemishes without drying out the skin. Some of the ingredients include oat flour, rosemary, marshmallow, aloe vera, lavender, basil, green tea etc. What you’re left with after usage, is oh-so-smooth, clear, blemish free skin!

Also on my must-try list is the Zinc Creme, a lightweight, natural cream that contains zinc oxide, a natural antiseptic known for its bacterial fighting qualities. It also regulates excessive skin oil production to keep you blemish free. Not only that, it protects the skin against UVA and UVB damage. A big plus, if you ask me!

I love Derma Poise for its versatility. Besides Acne Care, you can also shop for cleansers, toners, eye care, beauty tools and hair care products from popular brands like Shira’s Boto-Derm RX, Melange Skin Care,Supracor, and Tweezerman.

My beauty regimen does not include a lot but I’m planning on including Derma Poise’s Eye Creme for dark circles. The vitamins and botanicals in this cream are said to accelerate the production of collagen under the eye and help reduce dark circles.

I’m even considering buying the Stretch Mark Solutions for a dear friend who has recently lost a lot of weight but can’t seem to get rid of her stretch marks. The natural herbs, oils and vitamins in this product are said to penetrate the skin to restore collagen and elastin to normal levels thereby repairing and reducing old marks and preventing new ones. Oh my! The Honey Scrub looks quite delicious too! Alright, I’ll stop getting carried away :D

Derma Poise allows you to shop for organic and natural skin care products specific for your skin type be it dry, normal or an oil factory like mine. The best part is how affordable their products are and how totally worthwhile for the long-term results they offer. With their wide range and constant new additions, Derma Poise has something for every kind of skin under the sun. Go check it out now!

This post was brought to you by DermaPoise.com.

My mother always says “You’re only as old as you feel.” I don’t mean to dampen anyone’s spirits but wouldn’t it be a lot easier to believe in that if you didn’t discover a new wrinkle or fine line every time you looked into the mirror? Can fifty really be the new thirty? As usual, my inner nerd needed to find an answer and my search led me to the Nu Skin Galvanic Spa. Could this be it? Mankind’s leap forward to take aging one step backward? Read on to find out…

First things first, I had to figure out how safe (or not!) the usage of electric current on the delicate surface of facial skin is. Turns out, galvanic current has been used in spas worldwide for over 50 years. And just in case you were wondering, it is pain-free. Phew!

Also at first glance, the Nu Skin Galvanic Spa seemed a little too complex for me. What were those attachments? Those gels? Positive and negative polarities? It sort of reminded me of my horror school days. Let me reassure you though, it’s not as complicated as you think it is.

What it contains:

The Nu Skin Galvanic Spa consits of an instrument with four interchangeable conductors: the ageLOC face conductor, Spot treatment conductor for concentrated treatment to specific areas, a scalp conductor and a body conductor. Also included are two specially formulated gels with ageLOC. What exactly is ageLOc? Let’s just call it a revolutionary blend of ingredients that target the source of aging in skin and stop it, a little bit like a super-hero don’t you think? :D While the current stimulates cell rejuvenation in your face, body and scalp, the gels help eliminate toxins and impurities from your skin and minimize your pores and allow them to breathe.

The process:

Before the actual process, remember to wash your face and dry it. Also, let your hands be moist. Next comes the Pre-treatment step. Apply the gel and use your face conductor on it. During this step, the spa instrument and the the pre-treatment gel are negatively charged. The negative charges repel each other and drive the pre-treatment gel into the skin.

Next comes the treatment step. Apply the treatment gel and follow the same process. This time, the galvanic spa instrument and the treatment gel are positively charged. Again, they repel each other and drive the gel into the skin.

Wash your face when the gel dries, and look into the mirror…instant younger, healthy looking skin!

Aging, every woman’s worst nightmare… we try to fight them away with anti aging products and facial exercises. But maybe, just maybe, your lifestyle is what is making you wrinkle. These are the top ten things that cause your skin to age prematurely. At the age of 20, I’m already cutting these things out before I wrinkle!

1. Sun Exposure

At the end of winter I will admit that I have indulged in the feeling of the warm spring sun on my face. Who hasn’t? Well, that causes your face to wrinkle so watch out! Don’t cut the sunshine out completely but next time put on a good sunscreen or sport that beautiful sun hat you just bought. Everything is good in moderation,so don’t overdo the sunshine!

2. Facial Expressions

How many times do you remember your parents saying, “Cut that out or your face will freeze that way!” Well, your parents weren’t exactly lying. Every time you move that beautiful face, your skin wrinkles a little bit. Most of the time your face bounces back and those little wrinkles disappear once new skin cells grow. Just watch out with the facial exercises, you don’t want to mark up that beautiful mug for a funny face!

3. Smoking

Yes, we all know smoking affects your beauty. Not only does this dirty little habit make you ill and make your teeth yellow, now we find out it makes you look older too! It’s an easy enough fix though, try and cut back on the packs. We know it’s difficult but are cigarettes really not being able to put your best face forward? I think not.

In your 20’s your skin is in an awkward phase. You’re just getting out of terrible acne if you’re lucky and your face is setting in to look like what it will be for a very long time. Here are the 10 best skin care products to help your skin look amazing and to make you glow throughout your 20’s!

1. Tourmaline Charged Radiance Mask

Price: $29 at aveda.com
This mask will make your GLOW! It has gentle exfoliators that work to remove those layers of old dead skin, minimize your pores and make your face look new, fresh and radiant. Plus, it smells really good. So for me, this product is a must-have.

2. Phisoderm Anti-Blemish Body Wash

Price: $6.39 at drugstore.com
Your 20’s are your clubbing and bar years. The only time in your life when it’s appropriate to wear low cut blouses and backless shirts. Well, it’s not very fun to wear those things when you’ve got a break out on your back or chest. Phisoderm has taken care of that. This body wash may not smell the greatest but it does work wonders on treating your acne and more importantly keeping you from breaking out.

3. Pure Comfort Eye Makeup Remover

Price: $16 at aveda.com
Normal soap is just a little too harsh my face and before this one, I never found a make up remover

that would take off my liquid eyeliner. But let me tell you, this one works amazingly well. And, the first step in caring for your skin is making sure it’s clean!

I don’t know about you, but I haven’t sorted my make up bag out in years, so I decided to do it this weekend. I was so shocked at how nasty some of the old eyeshadows were, I revamped my entire make up bag. Is it about time you did the same? Old make up can be really bad for your skin, and no one wants to carry more then they need, so here’s my list of the top ten things you need in your make up bag…

1. A foundation brush

I must admit, I’ve always applied my foundation with my fingers. I don’t wear it often, so when I do, I just grap a fingerful and rub it in! And I thought it looked fine… until I tried using a brush! Surprisingly, the right brush will give you the most natural look possible, and make sure you get just the right amount of foundation too. It also means your foundation is always the same thickness!

2. A concealer brush

Again, I’ve always just used my fingers, but using a tiny sable concealer brush really does hide your imperfections! If you suffer with under eye circles, a brush with a narrow tip will hide them easily, and make sure you have full and even coverage. Perfect after all those late nights!

3. Bronzer

Hands up, who carries around a bronzer? Well you should! If all else fails, bronzer is an easy way to update your daytime look for a night out, and it’s also perfect for hiding your cheeks if you start to blush!

Ick! But here are the products I’ve tried and love. If you have sensitive skin like me, don’t be afraid to try them!

A few years ago, I fell in love with an exfoliating facial wash by H2O, and then, tragically for my complexion, they stopped making it. H2O offers a replacement scrub, but I didn’t like it. So I tried product after product, trying to find a new exfoliating scrub that I could love, and two weeks ago, it happened. I found one, tried it, and fell madly in love. It’s The Body Shop’s Tea Tree Blackhead Exfoliating Wash, and I’m going to use it forever! Hooray!

Price: $13.00 at thebodyshop-usa.com

Pros: Exfoliates perfectly well, leaves skin tingly and feeling fresh, perfect for oily and acne-prone or dry skin

Cons: Only available in stores or at The Body Shop website, so it may not be convenient to purchase

The first scrub I tried was O2CH Face Exfoliator Gentle Scrub. I have acne-prone but delicate skin, and I thought the “gentle” in the name would make it a safe bet. I loved the way it smelled, but it was TOO gentle. It didn’t exfoliate enough!

Next I tried Burt’s Bees Pore Refining Scrub (with willowbark and jojoba beads). It smelled a little strange, sort of medicinal, but it was HORRIBLE. It left my skin feeling like it was coated in a greasy film, and naturally, I had a terrible break-out. I thought that was odd, since it’s labeled as an acne treatment solution. Oh well, never mind, on to the next exfoliant!

I was already at the mall to buy a MAC eye-shadow (I’m hopelessly addicted), so I stopped in at The Body Shop. I told the perky sales assistant what I was looking for and she grinned, nodded her head, and handed be a test vial of the Tea Tree Blackhead Exfoliating Wash. “Try this,” she said, “it’s the one I use, we all use it here, and you’ll love it.”

She was right! It’s perfect. It smells good, exfoliates well, and leaves my skin with a slight tingle, feeling fresh and clean and glowing. I still follow-up with my everyday moisturizer, since Michigan winters are pretty harsh, but I know in the summer I’ll just be able to use this scrub and go! Honestly, I like this scrub even more than my old H2O scrub. I love it! They have an entire line of blemish-busting tea tree oil products, so if you love this scrub as much as I do, you may want to try those, too!

Is it true that brushing your hair 100 times before bed gives you stronger, more beautiful hair? Or that dry skin causes wrinkles? With so many beauty myths out there, it’s hard to know fact from fiction. I can help bust those beauty myths right now!

1. Brush your hair with 100 strokes before bed for shiny, healthy hair.

False! You should only brush your hair as much as you need to in order to get rid of tangles. Over-brushing can over-dry your hair, and give it static.

2. Dry skin will give you wrinkles.

False! Dry skin will only give you… dry skin. Wrinkles are caused by a lot of things but dry skin is not one of them.

3. Shaving will make your hair grow back thicker, quicker.

False! Shaving your legs or any other body part for that matter will not make your hair grow back any thicker or darker. When you shave, you’re cutting the hair off above the skin, not pulling it out from, or damaging, the follicle. It may seem like stubble is thick and dark, because longer hair tapers off at the end, but it’s exactly the same thickness and color as the hair you shaved away.

Acne can be frustrating to say the least. Despite all of the products on store shelves, there are many individuals out there that have turned to making their own masks like me. I prefer churning out my own home made goodies mostly because I’m not sure what store products contain. It just feels safer and more natural this way. Plus, I am a big believer in if you cannot pronounce the ingredient in it, then it’s best not to use it. So here are the 10 best home made anti acne masks that I have personally used…

9. Heavy Cream Easy to Use Facial Mask

The ingredients in this mask consist of heavy cream (1 tablespoon), honey (1 tablespoon) and baking soda (1 gram). This is the fastest mask to prepare and it gets rid of acne just as fast!

8. Best Face Mask for 30’s

Fractionated coconut oil (2 tablespoons), 1 Egg Yolk, Honey (1 tablespoon), Yogurt (1 tablespoon) and Sugar (1 teaspoon). Mix all of these ingredients and process them in a blender. Apply to the skin and let it sit there for twenty five minutes, then rinse it off with warm water followed by a splash of cold water.

7. Best Face Wash for 40’s

This one is great for someone like your mom (assuming you are young and reading this). One way to slow skin ageing is to take care of it. This mask consists of peas (2 tablespoons), Evening Primrose Oil (1 tablespoon), Yogurt (1 tablespoon), Grape Seed Extract (1 tablespoon) and carrot juice (1/2 Cup). Mix all of the ingredients in a blender and smooth it on the face leaving it there for thirty minutes.

6. To Refresh Your Skin …

The ingredients include ¼ apple, ½ peach, ½ tomato, ¼ milk and 1 tablespoon of Almond oil. Peel all of the fruits and mash them up. Add the milk and oil into the mashed fruits and use moderate heat as you stir it. Do this until the mixture turns into a cream. When it cools, apply a thick layer to your skin and leave it there for thirty minutes. This mask will refresh your skin and keep pimples at bay no matter what type of acne you have!

5. Oatmeal Face Mask

Oatmeal is not just an awesome breakfast food, it is also great for the skin because it helps cleanse and exfoliate. It also helps unclog pores. Mix with honey and scrub it on your face to get rid of dirt, blackheads and acne.

One of the biggest statements you can make is what you do with your hair. Sometimes, that statement can be a negative one. Knowing the right ways to determine how to pick the perfect hair color for you are vital when it comes to making people’s heads turn. So here are my ten tips on choosing the perfect hair color for you!

1. Don’t darken brown hair if you have a pale complexion

The extreme contrast in dark and light will make your complexion look unnatural and ashen. The “darken your hair in the winter, lighten in the summer” rule doesn’t work for everyone. If you still have that urge for a dark color, try a jet black. It’s a big risk, but for some people it can compliment your light countenance.

2. Lighten your hair in baby steps

If you are going to do-it-yourself and use a box mix, make sure you go in steps. Never go for more than two shades lighter than your most recent hair color. Going straight from brunette to blonde could possibly turn your hair a yucky orange. Think of it like a color palette wheel you see in any art class. The colors must blend before turning into a new color; you can’t get orange until you slowly mix red and yellow.

3. Semi-Permanent Hair Color

This is for someone that isn’t ready to fully commit to a color for a long period of time. Not only does it allow you to experiment, it boosts the shine in your hair, tames frizz, and even covers gray hairs. It will wash out after a week or two of showering, and won’t leave that ghastly looking streak of your natural hair color at the roots.

If you’ve turned the TV on in the last year, you’ll have seen the adverts for anti ageing creams. And roller-balls. And foundation… as if women didn’t worry about ageing enough! Contrary to popular belief, though, it isn’t time to start splashing out on expensive make-up to cover up. Instead, follow these tips, whatever your age, and you’ll age much more slowly!

1. De-stress!

While this might seem pointless, it’s been proven to work! Take five minutes to calm yourself down when you are stressed, and your skin will suffer much less, meaning you age much slower. Whether you go for a quick walk or listen to a song, staying calm is key!

2. Get enough sleep!

Pay attention to your body, and see how much sleep you need. Some people need six hours, some eight, some five and a quarter. Whatever it is, make sure you get it every night. Cutting back on sleep causes irritability and mood swings, as well as having an irreversible negative effect on the skin!

3. Stop smoking!

Smoking is not only bad for the body, it’s terrible for the skin, too, unless you like the wrinkly, yellow-tinged look! Google pictures of lifelong smokers, and use their wrinkly, paper-like skin to stop you from reaching for the cigarettes. You’ll feel much happier, live longer, and look five times younger!

Sometimes I see my friends so stressed out with work, their boss and their families that I just want to shake them up and scream “Relax!” We really need to stop being engulfed by all this stress and give more importance to relaxation. And what better way than a revitalizing session in the sauna. I don’t know what I’m going to have in my future dream house but a sauna is definitely on the list. Lately I have been reading a lot about the health benefits of infrared saunas which are a step up from conventional saunas if you may. And of course I had to share it with you ladies…

1. Detoxification:

Doesn’t it freak you out when you sit and think about the amount of toxins we expose our bodies to every day? Whether intentionally by drinking alcohol or smoking or unintentionally by the industrial chemicals in the air and additives in our food, our bodies need to be detoxified every once in a while. And yes you can try various diets and fasting methods, but if you are like me and lack the err… discipline to follow through, the best way to detoxify would be to relax in a sauna while your body sweats it out. Sweat is the body’s natural way afterall to get rid of toxins. And why an infrared sauna over a conventional one? For the simple reason that studies show that in a conventional sauna the average person sweats out 3% toxins and 97% water as compared to an infrared sauna where the average person sweats out 20% toxins and 80% water! That’s nea rly 7 times better!

2. Weight loss:

Honestly, weight loss is one of the reasons why I enjoy my sauna sessions even more. Studies show that you can burn anywhere between 300-600 calories in a 30 minute infrared sauna session! Part of this has to do with the sweating process itself which ofcourse burns calories and part of it has to do with the fact that your body is working to cool off the increase in temperature.

This increases your heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate. Also, the lower temperatures used in an infrared sauna stimulate a fat sweat which eliminates toxins stored in fat as opposed to a conventional sauna which encourages a water sweat. Remember that you cannot depend solely on your sauna to lose weight. Use it to compliment your weight loss program and you will see amazing results.

3.Improves blood circulation and lowers blood pressure:

When you exercise, there is an increase in the blood flow level in your body. An infrared sauna heats your muscles and causes a similar increase in blood flow. Also, your blood vessels will expand to accomodate the increase in blood flow thus bringing down your blood pressure in the bargain. Now this effect is temporary but research shows that using an infrared sauna atleast 3 times a week can have lasting effects on your blood pressure.

Every woman I know constantly strives to have that perfect, youthful, flawless appearance. If there’s one thing that plagues us all, it is the effect that aging has on our facial features over the years. And one of the worst sufferers of age induced effects are our eyes. Don’t know what to use? Review my list of the best anti-aging eye creams to find the right product for you!

1. Eye Hope Advanced Anti-Aging Eye Cream

Price: $48.00 @ sephora.com
One of the best anti-aging eye treatments is Eye Hope Advanced Anti-Aging Eye Cream. This product is designed to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Not only is the product filled with anti-inflammatories to reduce puffy eyes, it also contains extra moisture to cure the overall health of the skin around the eyes. This product is a favorite among many despite its price and I don’t see why not.

2. Benefiance Concentrated Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream

Price: $ 50.00 @ sephora.com

Another one of the best anti-aging eye creams is the Benefiance Concentrated Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream. This cream is super thick. A dab goes a long way on the small area of skin surrounding the eye. This product claims to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles within weeks! This is actually one of the cheaper eye creams found in the market, but all of the reviews that I’ve taken the time to read have agreed that this product works wonders!

Prom is so exciting! Do you choose smoky eyes or bright lips? It’s a mine field! I’ve gathered my favourite prom make up tips to ensure you look like a star in your photos!

1. Pick your eyes or your mouth

Make up products needed: Red and pink lipsticks, mascara, eye liner, eye shadow, false eyelashes, lip gloss
Tools needed: Mirror, eyebrow tweezers, eyelash curlers
Practice for best results: None!
Clear your diary for an hour, and wash your face. Then apply your eye makeup really carefully, and keep your lips understated with a clear gloss. If you aren’t sure on eye makeup colour, choose your favourite at the moment, since you can always change it later! Then take a picture. Wipe your face, and give it five minutes to dry and calm down. Then apply minimal eye makeup, and focus on your lips. Avoid brown lipstick, and try different pinks and reds. Take a picture again! Use these to decide whether you want to focus on your eyes or your lips, and to choose colours!

2. Perfect your skin

Make up products needed: Foundation, concealer
Tools needed: Mirror
Practice for best results: None!
The next step is to make sure your skin looks flawless! Very few girls under 25 need to use all-over foundation, but it’s useful to have some that matches your skin tone for emergencies! If you don’t have any, head down to your nearest department store or Sephora’s. The staff are always happy to help and will let you try on plenty of colours and brands until you find one you love. Then practice applying the foundation to problem areas, with concealer, to give you an even and flawless skin tone. Remember to blend!

I always start January full of good intentions, but by the end of February they are forgotten. Last year, I was going to lose weight, get a better job, go running every morning etc etc. My best friend aimed to become a millionaire! It can be quite un-motivating realizing you won’t meet your target. So this year I vow to keep it realistic and simple. Here’s presenting my top ten beauty resolutions.

1. Don’t pick spots!

While it isn’t pleasant, I know so many people that don’t think picking on pimples will affect their skin at all. Sadly, they are wrong. Not only can it spread the acne and make it upto five times worse, it can also scar the skin. If you are prone to break outs, try out a new product and make an active effort to keep your hands away from your face.

2. Stop smoking!

As a non smoker, I always wonder how people don’t notice what they are doing to their looks. Smoking has plenty of ill effects on your beauty. It makes the skin look much duller and stains your teeth and nails. That is not an attractive look! Instantly look five years younger by swapping cigarettes for nicotine gum or patches, and kick a habit that’s expensive and ugly.

3. Wash your face!

Everyone’s guilty of falling into bed at the end of a long night without removing their make-up, but have you ever noticed how much worse you look in the morning? Old make up clogs up pores, cause acne and leaves bacteria on your face. Invest in some make up removal wipes and use them when you do your teeth. It’ll soon become second nature and you’ll be doing your face a big favour!

If you’ve ever suffered from moderate to severe acne, it’s likely that you still have the scars to prove it. Characteristics such as age, heredity, ethnicity and sex can affect how your skin will react to acne, and how bad the scarring will be. A scar will never go away completely, but there are a lot of things you can do to treat them and dramatically reduce their size and appearance… Here are my top ten ways to treat those nasty acne scars!

1. Prevent them

One of the biggest reasons we get scars from acne is because we just can’t resist the urge to squeeze or pick them! Not only will popping pimples lead to nasty, ugly scars, it can also spread acne, which could in turn lead to more scarring!

2. Get treatment

If you have moderate to severe acne, get medical treatment as early as possible. Early, effective treatment by a professional can stave off the break-outs and the scarring that follows.

3. Seek surgery

If you have deep, depressed acne scars, your dermatologist may recommend surgery with a local anesthesia. Surgeries can include punch excision, punch elevation, punch graft, or a subcutaneous incision. Sounds scary, but it’s not — I’ve had the last one myself, with excellent results!

Unless you’re extraordinarily lucky and blessed, at one time or another, you’ll have an acne break-out. You may want to stay home and hide under the covers until your skin clears up, but that’s just not possible — you have school, work, friends, a life to live! Hey, I’ve been there! It’s hard to stay self-assured when you have a face that looks like pizza! So how can you remain your usual confident, wonderful self in spite of those pesky pimples? Here’s how…

1. Have a sense of humor

What’s the best way to stay confident in spite of a break-out? Laugh it out! Crack a joke about your break-out before anyone else can. Come on! It is pretty funny, isn’t it?

2. Ignore them

It’s totally okay to ignore those snarky, wicked stinkers who think it’s okay to comment on your complexion. I’ll be they’re just jealous of the pre-pimples you… and they’re taking the one chance they’ll have to tease you… so just ignore them.

3. Save the drama!

Don’t mope too much or get too whiny. It’s just a few pimples! It’s not the end of the world! If you want to get dramatic about something, I’m sure you can find something much better than acne.
