Most people (including me) have been brought up to eat three meals a day.  But I’ve just found out that this method of eating can actually cause us to put on weight!  

It turns out eating only two or three meals a day causes the body to face long stretches without food, and therefore store fat.  So what we truly need is eating 5 times a day, which makes it 3 substantial meals and 2 healthy snacks minimum!  But how to make sure we eat that often without eating too much?

I have also passed from these situations and I know very well how it feels when many things you can’t do you are helpless just because you are fat. When you are overweight the quality of your life is very much jeopardized, you can’t wear the clothes you should like to, and you can’t be active as people with the normal weight.
