I always have a busy work week so I barely have the time to run the treadmill or do some jogging in the morning. Fortunately, I stumbled upon some exercises that I can do right in the comfort of my office chair.
The first one is a stretching exercise for the wrists and arms. For those who are burning their keyboards eight hours straight, this is a good exercise to do to avoid Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. For the wrist stretch, extend your arm up front with your palm up. Using your other hand, grab your fingers, then gently pull your hand downwards to stretch your forearm. This exercise needs to be repeated on both sides.
There are other office exercises that you can do right in your office chair which stretches the arms, the legs and even your abs. Go online and search for other similar exercises and make it part of your daily routine in the office – right before you sit down and face another day’s work.
