Most people (including me) have been brought up to eat three meals a day. But I’ve just found out that this method of eating can actually cause us to put on weight!
It turns out eating only two or three meals a day causes the body to face long stretches without food, and therefore store fat. So what we truly need is eating 5 times a day, which makes it 3 substantial meals and 2 healthy snacks minimum! But how to make sure we eat that often without eating too much?
