She’s got 45 days after breaking probation rules twice. Not so sure that I’m feeling bad for Paris on this one, but this is the most serious I’ve seen her look in a long time. She’s going to start serving on June 5. Oooh.
On another note, I love the waistcoat, Paris.

I’m a little jealous of Pamela Anderson, despite the fact that she insists on wearing triangle top bikinis when she’d look so much better in something else. She’s getting an island (”Greece”) from ex-hubby Tommy as a part of The World Project. Tommy seems happy about the whole thing, and I guess he’s planning on spending some time there with the kids:
“We’re going to buy Greece because I’m Greek originally. Pammy actually turned me on to the whole thing. Life is good now because I’m seeing my boys again.”

Things would probably get pretty boring if everyone responded to the paparazzi like this. On another note, can you believe that this is a picture of Jula Roberts?! She looks so different here. I’m starting to think it’s me.

Sooo many people are going for the babydoll (read: semi-shapeless ) dress that it’s basically destined for a few misses along with the hits. While Kelly Clarkson should have gone for something a little longer, Sophie Monk is working her minidress to the max.
What should you wear to make the most of your minidress? Become friends with a pair of wedge heels, for one, and always wear your best undies to avoid a situation like this. I love this pair of shoes to pair with babydoll dresses this season:
Divine Rock & Republic Hillary wedges. Ooooh.

If you’re a Kirsten Dunst fan, then you probably loved her on the cover of W this month. She looks pale, ethereal, and even haunting. Others may find it just a little strange that “Beauty Bonanza” printed next to her face, um, if you know what I mean. Where do you stand on Kirsten Dunst’s cover look?
In terms of horizontal stripes, I’m definitely giving Kirsten points, even though (I have to admit) I’m not the greatest fan. Gwen Stefani failed at the Pearl Concert Theatre with a hip widening, bold striped dress:

This skirt would add a hefty number of pounds to almost anyone’s hips, but that’s not my issue with it. The more I stare at it, the more I think about Michelle Kwan’s ice skating costumes from 1998 Winter Olympics. All Nicky needs is a pair of white ice skating boots. Creepy.
In terms of fit, though, Nicky’s top half of her dress does complement her shape. Satin may be unforgiving, but she’s doing her darndest to make it work.

Hey, there is something worse than high-waisted pants–high-waisted shorts! If Mischa can’t even work these, then it really can’t be done. Well, maybe someone like Kate Moss can do it, but I’m feeling dubious about this trend for sure.
There is something else that is bothering me, too. How high is your self esteem if you can actually go out (at night, no less) wearing baggy, high-waisted shorts and a striped, v-neck sweater?! WOW.

. . . and promotes something else! She’s in London right now to promote SAFE, a skin awareness program. Living in Cali and being surrounded by overtanned starlets must have given her some inspiration. I’m pretty sure most will disagree, but I’m loving the dress. I can’t imagine anyone else looking that good in it. I am still sad that hookah heels are back, though. Ew.

The L.A. Times described Penelope Cruz’s Sahara perks in a recent article, and wow–I’m jealous. Totaling about $835,000, Penelope’s little bonuses rival her $1.6 million paycheck. What I’m interested in are the hairstylist and makeup artist, cashing in at $135,550 apiece. The costume dresser perk was only valued at a mere $22,235. How disappointing.

I was a little surprised when I read about the split between Kate Middleton and Prince William. They seem like they’ve been together for ages, but after a fight about Prince William wandering a little with the ladies, they’ve supposedly been on the outs. I’m sure the hearts of every girl in the United Kingdom collectively fluttered when they heard the news. Thanks to the Sun Online, we’ve got some details:
Friends say William, now a fully-fledged officer in the Blues and Royals, has engrossed himself in Army life ” preferring to go out drinking with his colleagues than drive back to London to see Kate.
It’s really too bad, because Kate M. is a buyer for the brand Jigsaw, and she could have brought a little style to the whole princess look.
