As seen on an Idaho Subway location, which says:
We ask you to stay off your cell phone while ordering or we will have to send you to the back of the line.
Is this just plain bad customer service or is it just a way of teaching us to mind our manners while gabbing on the phone?
I, for one, am a big fan of the message. It’s just plain rude to talk relentlessly on the phone even while you’re standing in line to order a sandwich. There are other people behind you – so why don’t you put whoever you’re talking to on hold – get your order done with and not delay the line!
Although it’s also a pity how restaurants and fast food chains would have to post messages like these just to remind us of something which is supposed to be “common courtesy”. Apparently, courtesy’s not that common anymore.

kind a mean :P
