More than just being the daughter of ex-Beatle Sir Paul McCartney, Stella McCartney has already carved a name of her own in the fashion industry. At the young age of 15, she was already working under Christian Lacroix.

When her Spring 2009 collection was showcased at the runways of Paris, we didn’t expect anything but the best from this designer. Her clothes are clearly a celebration of everything that a woman’s body has to offer. She’s definitely a master at cool-chic styles and designs.

The best thing about the Stella McCartney signature pieces is the fact that they can fit any body type – because the jackets in particular are kind of slouchy and oversized – but still extremely feminine. My favorite piece was the LBD with that oh-so-fab clear shell necklace –it’s a to-die-for item that you definitely should consider having!
