Emmanuelle Chriqui was easily the best dressed woman at this event in this beautiful plunge-neck floor length white gown.

For once I actually like this dress. Jessica Biel is not one of my red carpet favourites, but she pulls this Giambattista Valli dress off very nicely.

I am not sure if I dislike or just plain HATE this dress on Katharine McPhee. She is trying waaay to hard these days.
