<description>Before resorting to a &#039;DIY whitening product&#039; I tried eating foods which are known not to cause any stains.. such as salads and vegetables. But the results were so slow to follow I got really impatient.
I looked at getting professional whitening done around Christmas 2008, but being a student I simply couldn&#039;t justify the cost.
Around a month ago I simply gave in to a home whitening product a few of my friends started using.. and I have been happy with my smile since. Having said that, I still avoid coffee and soft drinks!
Hope this helps anyone out there who is a little self conscious about their smile. Do not worry!
