13. Cruel Intentions (1999)

In Cruel Intentions, you could tell that Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon were falling in love. As evil, sexy Sebastian and sweet, pretty Annette, the two came together like exploding stars, culminating in one of the hottest love scenes I've ever seen.

The fact that diabolical behavior mixes with honest tenderness and love in this film is part of what makes it so spectacular. Just look at the smolder between these two!

He's waiting for her as she tries to flee, in one of the most romantic scenes ever in all of life, leading them to a tender, passionate moment of consummation.
What's So Sexy about It: The passion is definitely the sexiest thing about this scene. The physical love these two share as they have sex for the first time is tender and sweet, yet intensely passionate. Knowing that they're doomed adds to it.
