Apparently, even celebrity weddings can take a backseat for the US presidential elections. 23-year old Scarlett Johansson decided to postpone her upcoming wedding with Canadian hunk Ryan Reynolds because it clashes with the elections which will be held in November.

For those of you who do not know it yet, Scarlett Johansson does have a twin brother – Hunter, who she’s very close with. Hunter is working on the Obama campaign, which has a very tight schedule so he won’t be able to attend his twin sis’ wedding.

We’ll still hear celebrity wedding bells, though. Scarlett and Ryan will reschedule tying the knot later this year. With all the support that the “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” is giving Barack Obama – maybe they’ll both be victorious when he becomes president and his number one celeb supporter is getting hitched?
