The doctors of Seattle Grace Hospital from the hit show Grey's Anatomy traded in their scrubs for more elegant attire at last night's 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in LA.

From left to right, Sandra Oh chose a strapless champagne gown, while Kate Walsh opted for canary yellow. Ellen Pompeo wowed the crowd with a slicked back ponytail, and Katherine Heigl chose a bright orange dress with one strap.
