The investigation into Nicole Richie's DUI arrest has been turned over to the LA District Attorney to determine whether the Simple Life star should be charged in the case. California Highway Patrol officials would not disclose any details of the investigation, but the fact that the DA is reviewing the case may mean Richie could face a felony charge.
