I often get asked ‘what’s the best way to recycle plastic bags?’ But apart from simply re-using them, there’s not a great deal you can do. Recycling plastic requires a lot of energy, which just generates more C02, and you’re back where you started. So the best solutions are not accepting the bags in the first place, and re-use.
