Trendy actress Rachel Bilson has finally launched her own trademark line for DKNY Jeans and she named is Edie Rose, which is after her grandmother Edie and a close family friend Rose. And based from what I see, her pieces are cool, funky and definitely contemporary.

While I’m not a big fan of her “style to success secrets” (which she revealed in an August InStyle magazine interview) — pick basics and base colors (Rachel’s are black, white and grey), add a bright color to your basics and accessorize and create your signature style by mixing vintage, luxurious and cheap (seriously nothing new here…nothing we haven’t heard before), I can safely say that her debut is something to look out for.

Very clean lines, good silhouettes and good use of fabric. I especially like the RTW jean jacket and poncho. Those will definitely spice up my closet!
