This fall, all our favorite designers are going ga-ga over one particular trend in shoes: the peep-toed booties. I rather like the option of having that extra opening in front of your toes instead of having fully enclosed shoes. However, these black Maison Martin Margiela peep-toe booties have an odd way of being open-toed. The opening is just too large or too odd-shaped to be stylish. Sure, the draped leather design is quite stylish - but it’ll be pretty hard to pair the booties with the right outfit.
On the other hand, these Anne Klein New York tuxedo peep-toe ankle booties have an opening which is just perfect. The metallic gold color is still in keeping with the latest trends this fall. Also, the silk lace-up front, the detailing on the side and the snakeskin pattern all combine to make one perfect bootie - to make you feel six-feet tall and trendy this fall!

I liked the first ones better, can’t help it, fall for flashy stuff every time :D KIdding. But I seriously liked the 1st booties, if only the heel was higher…
