Passive Exercise Trend

Working out while not exerting effort is what the proponents of “Passive Exercise” (a trend based on the idea that you can do nothing and still work out if you have the right equipment doing the work for you) - is trying to project to those who are looking for alternative form of workouts. One popular new addition to the passive exercise is whole-body vibration or WBV ” also known as “Power Plate” exercise - an outgrowth of a program which used to train Russian cosmonauts. It is a kind of workout where people stand on a platform with knees bent at 30 degree angle while the surface beneath them vibrates 30 times per minute. It promises good benefits including increased circulation, muscle strength and flexibility to name a few. Experts agreed that WBV offers some good benefits but cautioned that it cannot help you lose weight or impact cellulite.

I realized that Ive been doing passive exercise for quite some time. I need to change my routine then and have another exercise plan that would help me exert effort and sweat.
