We all love to have a little something sweet on what we eat and drink – whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. But rather than saying “pass the sugar, please”, why not ask whoever’s opposite you in the table to pass the honey instead?

As compared to sugar which is void of nutrients – or artificial sweeteners which are packed with chemicals, honey is a natural sweetener which does the same job as sugar, but with better benefits to your health.
