With this workout many people use it to strengthen your core and your leg muscles but can also help u get the six pack any girl would want.

You repeat it 3 time but if you want to challenge yourself more then go for about 6-9 times as that is very highly advanced๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

If your one of those people who can't work out because u can't stay focused then this is a good one for you!
