With this workout many people use it to strengthen your core and your leg muscles but can also help u get the six pack any girl would want.

You repeat it 3 time but if you want to challenge yourself more then go for about 6-9 times as that is very highly advanced🏋🏼‍♀️

3. THE SONG WORKOUT🎧

If your one of those people who can't work out because u can't stay focused then this is a good one for you!

This workout goes to a song pick any song you love ❤️ one that preferably has a good beat to it and then pick 1 out of the 4 workouts and you should stay on track!

If your looking for a flat belly or a toned stomach this is the workout you want to consider!

This workout is repetitive and could get boring for you so put on a tv program or music and workout away!

5. THE 30 DAY ABS CHALLENGE📅

This 30 day abs challenge is well it's for you abs isn't it😂 every now and then in these 30 days you have a rest day this helps you to have a break so u don't get bored of working out every single day.

But this work out should be quite easy seeing as u don't actually do that much until u get to the 30th day! 💪🏼📅🚴🏽

6. THE 21 DAYS NO JUNK FOOD CHALLENGE🍫🍔🍟🚫
