GO FOR A WALK 🚶🏻♀️🌲🍃
This is huge for me.
I'm constantly going for
walks,nature 🌻🍃 relaxes me.
Sometimes all you need is a little space and time 🕞 to focus on yourself.
🙋🏻 you may find yourself so busy or overwhelmed and you can't think straight.
So why not go for a walk, have some time to think in peace ✌🏻 , or just get away for an hour.
Your only benefiting your mind and overall health .

READ A BOOK 📚👓
When I'm stressed out I like to pick up a book and just read.
Your mind will be focused on reading rather than dwelling on the stress.
Find an interesting book 📖.
(That is the only way) be engaged and relate to the book sometimes I'll read a sad or dramatic book just to be able to say " there are always others who have it worse than you ".
It's can be a happy book and maybe , just maybe that will help your mood.
Even if it's just a book it will keep your mind off of your stress.
GO TO THE GYM 💪🏼👊🏼🏋🏻♀️
This helps me tremendously!
I go to the gym regularly but if you don't try it!
The gym is where I take out all of my stress ( plus it gets me some alone time) lifting 🏋🏻♀️and cardio 🚶🏻♀️gets me through a lot.
It takes my mind off it all.

YOU CAN ALWAYS TALK TO SOMEONE 📱🗣
👋Communication is very important.
How you feel is very important.
If you have the need to just vent to someone, than do it.
No one can tell how your feeling and if it's because of them that your feeling that way the only way to solve it so to talk to them.
They may not understand and that's okay but just know you tried and they will know how you feel.
Venting is important too.
Sometimes you just need someone to talk to and that's okay too!

Whether it's doing your hair💇🏻, nails💅🏻or eyebrows pamper yourself.
Do a mask once a week, do your makeup or hair...
take time for things you like to enjoy.
I love to cook👩🏻🍳, read📖, go for walks🚶🏻♀️ this is what I enjoy to do and it never fails to make me happy when I do them.
Make yourself happy before you can make anyone else happy 😊
