Do you know the feeling when you wake up in the morning and instantly regret staying up late the night before?😴 well the best way to avoid this is telling yourself to go to sleep at a suitable time (you are the only one who can control you)💪🏼 trust me on this, you will feel a lot better in the morning when you've had the right amount of sleep❣️
This is an obvious and common one but it does actually have its benefits!😁 it helps digestion, clears your skin, help weight loss and a lot more!
You don't have to only drink water but it's best to get a couple of glasses in there a day😆❤
READ A BOOK📕
Books can actually be a really big help!☺️ they give you more imagination, inspiration and also help your vocabulary grow massively!👄 there are so many books out there to chose from as well so there's always one that is right for you.
My personal favourite is the series of "my deepest cut" by J.A.
(Romantic and a
little scary!😆).there are plenty free books on amazon that you can download to the kindle app!📕
This is a major point for your life❣️ loving yourself if just as important as your education/your job!
You may think that your imperfections make you ugly, but they make you who you are and you should be proud!
Always, always take care of yourself because at the end of the day you can't change who you are!❤ much love for those who doubt themselves!!

No matter how bad your day is going, it's never a nice thing to put someone down?
You don't know what someone else if going through.
Even if you dislike someone for various reasons, don't give them crap for things, especially if those things can't be changed.
If someone is giving you crap the best thing to do is "kill them with kindness".
If you start arguing back they're going to provoke you more and it'll all just get worse❤ try to give multiple compliments out everyday💘
Exercise isn't only good for the body, it's good for the mind.
It's gives you something to focus on and and is a natural was of improving your mood.
Running isn't the only exercise, you can try yoga, Pilates, the gym, dance, swimming and even stretching.🏆 just make sure to keep your motivation up!!

SET LITTLE GOALS EVERYDAY/WEEK🥇🥈🥉👏🏼
This is a good idea because it gives you motivation and at the end of the day/week you have done something productive and you can be proud of yourself!
Some goal ideas can be:
-give a compliment to more than 5 people
-smile at everyone who walks by.
-join a group/club
-read a book
-skip the takeaway and eat something healthy
- save your money
BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE🙏🏼😅
Some people don't understand how much we are given.
The food, the education, the support etc..
dont moan about the things you don't have, or how bad your day went because there are others out there who aren't as fortunate as you.
