How to Fall Asleep Under a Minute

Yes ladies, believe it or not...

THERE IS A WAY!

Just keep reading and try it out for yourself and comment below if it works!

Now this process is known as the 4-7-8 method.

Step 1: Make sure you are in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Step 2: Place the tip of your tongue behind your two front teeth.

Easy so far!)

Step 3: Start to inhale through the nose and count to 4.

Step 4: After you have inhaled for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds.

(It's easy at first but after the 4th time around it's hard to breathe AAAAWWWWW but keep it up and don't quit!!)

Step 5: Once you have held your breath for 7 seconds, exhale through the mouth for 8 seconds!

Easy as I said right!!!!

Now repeat that process as many times as you need to!

The first time I tried the 4-7-8 method I didn't fall asleep under a minute but it made me become more relaxed and it made it easier to fall asleep.

The second night I tried the 4-7-8 method I fell asleep after the third time around!
