America has definitely established herself as a red carpet queen. I love this dusty blue Monique Lhuillier she wore at the the 38th Annual NAACP Image Awards â€" with its jeweled patches and whisper light layers. But that asymmetrical hem slightly irks me. Am I being nit picky?
