StartMobile.com has a dizzying array of artists’ [some very well known, most emerging and/or underground] works made into downloadable wallpapers. The only caveat is that it currently only works for T-Mobile, Cingular, and AT&T phones, and you must also have internet access.
Looks nice! The downside of having Verizon is that they never seem to pick up neat items like this. And of course… I have Verizon. :(
