My Experience:

I always test two-step mascaras to check if the first step is really essential and nearly it’s unnecessary. Once again I found the primer wasn’t important and a double layer of the top coat got me the results I was looking for! The only downside is – I loose out on quantity as half the mascara tube is full of the primer! However, I found this mascara created vast amounts of volume and yards of length, my lashes looked super-stunning!
