Experimental artist Alison Knowles is planning on serving up one giant salad. Her 1962 Fluxus performance piece, Make a Salad, is being performed at London's Tate Museum. The piece begins with a cellist playing a Mozart concerto, and once the music is completed, Knowles, along with five museum assistants, will begin chopping the salad.
