I so love this Jet Cuff with 18K Gold, Diamonds and Cabochons by famed jewelry designer Kara Ross, but it is so expensive that it doesn't even have a price listed (which means it's probably one of those "if-you-have-to-ask-then-you-can't-afford-it-sort-of-things)....
