According to CareerBuilder.com, dating a co-worker or your boss will not help boost your profession, unless your goal is to get married. 98 percent of those who said they become romantically involved with a workmate said it did nothing to help them get ahead of their career, according to the online job service’s annual survey. There were 6,700 participants in the survey, 4 out of 10 have tried dating a workmate while 20% of them said that they tried having a relationship with a co-worker twice. Dating a co-worker nowadays in the office has become more accepted with 66% of women said they do not have to hide their relationship from anyone. Even if it didn’t work for other people to advance their careers, but for some dating has done something to advance their relationship to marriage.
